Luck O' the Irish?

Ya know... I do believe the Northern Irish may just have something here. Seems some blokes in South Belfast got a wee pissed off and meted out some street justice to a local entrepreneur.

Pictures of the attack appear to have been recorded on a mobile telephone camera. They show passersby watching as the punishment is administered.

After tar was poured on the man's head, feathers were emptied over him and a placard was hung around his neck claiming the victim, said to be a local man in his 30s, was a drug dealer.

It read: "I'm a drug dealing scumbag."

Go figure huh? Hookers for Jesus. Well, lets hope some of our girls in the neighborhood peruse this blog and see this post. Maybe they can band together and set up a local chapter eh? They can all pool their earnings together and buy one of these spiffy shirts. Not bad for $25. Hell, that's just one quick knob job in the alley.

Seriously though, if this gets even one of these girls off the streets and into a semblance of a sane life, then good for them. As far as having a "local chapter", I would seriously suggest checking out the Eugene Faith Center on 13th and Polk. Pastor Steve Overman and the whole congregation are really cool and very accepting. I know they have a large NA and AA contingent that attend services each Sunday.
